Teknik Winter Mittens Blue With Black Stripes

Ski mittens for kids who like a bit of pattern: this blue-and-black striped TEKNIK pair from Deux par Deux has a black palm and comes in sizes 2/3 to 15/16. It is made for chairlift rides, snow forts and frosty school mornings.

Under the stripes, the royal blue TEKNIK shell is coated against snow and slush to a 15,000 mm waterproof rating. Their brushed microfiber lining is fixed in place, which matters for young skiers who take their mitts off at every lift line. The royal blue back hides a waterproof zip pocket for a heat pack (not included), which doubles as a vent after racing down a blue run. The striped mitts get Cordura® at the fingertips where tow ropes rub, a rubberized black palm for grip and a suede thumb panel for goggles. The striped mitts close at the gauntlet with a drawcord and at the wrist with a strap, and they come with removable leashes and a clip to keep them together.

A blue base with black stripes ties in with most dark or bright outerwear, so a pick from snowsuits for kids should work well with them.
