Tulle Starburst Snap Clips | Hatley

A pearly star sits in front of a fan of pink and mint and cream tulle on each snap clip of this Hatley Tulle Starburst pair.

Two white snap barrettes come on a card marked 3+, and the star centers have an iridescent finish.

Pink and mint tulle fans suit a birthday or a recital in a pale dress from girls dresses, and more sparkle for the hair waits in hair accessories, while clothing from this label sits in the Hatley collection next to girls skirts.
