Nautical Stripes Elastic Waist Dress | Hatley

A navy-and-white striped knit top with a small red whale sits above an aqua woven skirt on the Hatley Nautical Stripes elastic waist dress.

The knit top has dolman-style short sleeves and is joined to the woven skirt by an exposed elastic waistband with silver glitter.

Mixed-media and striped styles are among the girls dresses, while girls tops offers plain tees for days without the whale. A headband from hair accessories keeps the look tidy, so the little red whale on the stripes stays front and center.
