IN-STORE PICK UP

SHIPPING TO CANADA

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of their reception. Delivery times are 6 to 10 days.

We offer free standard ground shipping on any purchase of $160 or more (before taxes).

For all other orders, a $17.95 flat rate shipping charge applies. Orders are delivered by Canada Post and shipping confirmation with tracking number will be provided once your order has left our facilities. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

*Please note that delivery times may be longer during periods of high traffic such as the holiday season.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

We offer free standard shipping on any purchase of $130 USD or more. Delivery times are 10 to 21 days.

For all other orders, a $13.00 USD flat rate shipping charge applies.

Orders are delivered by USPS and shipping confirmation with tracking number will be provided once your order has left our facilities.

We cannot accept any returns, cancellations or refund for International Orders. If a shipment has been lost we will file a claim and once the claim has been completed, we will either refund you or reship the items

All order ship from Canada. Therefore, your order will be subject to applicable customs, duties, and any required taxes.. These charges are to be covered by the customer.

PARCEL DELIVERY AND STOLEN PARCELS

Once a package is confirmed delivered, it is no longer our responsibility, therefore we do not refund packages stolen from your home or business.

Please ensure you make the proper arrangements for accepting your parcel. If you would like a signature option, at an extra charge, please contact us to make arrangements.
